As of 3 a.m. this December 23rd, radar scans show that rain has changed over to snow in parts of Northwest Arkansas and NE Oklahoma. We're keeping an eye on the speed and intensity of the snow bands. Anything from a light dusting to small accumulations (1-2") could be seen in NW Arkansas & NE Oklahoma.
