The Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report said that on May 3, the Hermann Trolley Company trolley was driving west on MO 100 when the driver veered off the right side of the road, overcorrected and drove off the left side of the road into a ditch. Brooke Emshoff was one of 32 people injured in the accident. Emshoff said she tore her meniscus and has bulging discs in her back. Emshoff and a few other victims have contacted attorney Ryan Krupp for help seeking damages. Read more on fox2now.co
