Lower intensity workouts are not only good, they’re necessary. 🤍 After playing four years of college basketball in the US, with 2-3 hours of practice at least six days a week, the idea that a workout only “counts” if it’s high intensity is an idea that I’ve had to unlearn. English and European culture have taught me that it’s ok, and sometimes better, to have lower intensity days. Balance in my workout schedule has been better for my health and for the longevity of my career as an athlete! Show
