Rigging positions and Girth grooves 🐴How do I determine Rigging postion? Each saddle maker has their way of determining rigging postion, someones 7/8ths could be closer to anothers full or even 3/4s....that being said I'd say most would still be within 1/2inch of each other...hopefully 🤷♀️ I find the lowest point of the front bar pad, this is my 'Full' postion, then I draw a line down from the base of the cantle.
