The dietary guidelines are now stressing protein at every meal. They also stress, healthy, fat fats, including butter, lard,olive oil. Vegetables and fruit. And reducing sugar and processed foods. Grains reduced to 2 servings per day. This looks more like a Paleolithic diet. The American Heart Association is upset about saturated fat in the new diet.
