Jun 19, 2020 · The Jabra's were very well rated in that regard; the Sony's not so much. Value. I don't doubt that the Sony's and Bose's are sonically slightly better than the Jabra's. Sound quality and/or ANC are probably incrementally better on these headphones. But the Jabra's are up there - probably in the top 5 of similar headsets according to the reviews.

Dec 12, 2020 · The wirecutter gave the jabra elite 85h an excellent rating recently. However, I'm particularly unhappy with the lack of support on desktop devices. I believe the lack of support for multipoint (desktop & mobile) use during the pandemic is a substantial brand risk for Jabra and an unfortunate reversal for them.

May 4, 2020 · Apparently, Jabra policy gives them 48h to respond to emails...and they use it. Let me know if you find a solution, I’ll do the same but I think they are going to need to be replaced. They’ve worked great for my wife so far but if this is going to be an issue, I might consider returning them if I had just received them.
