Padres pitcher Dylan Cease speaks about leaving the game with an injury after throwing a no-hitter for close to seven innings.

Cody Bellinger’s towering solo home run with one out in the seventh was the Yankees’ first hit against Cease, a game-tying solo shot into the second deck in right. Cease struck out nine in the loss for San Diego, walking two batters with the one hit allowed. He was removed from the game one batter after Bellinger’s blast with an apparent injury.

The back-and-forth affair ended with a pinch-hit, walk-off sac fly from J.C. Escarra to give the Yankees a win over the Padres.
