As the BCCI released list of over 1574 players who will go under the hammer, the base prices of players were also revealed. For example, big guns like KL Rahul , Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer have put themselves in the Rs 2 Cr-base price bracket.

Each franchise will be able to form a maximum squad of 25 players (including retained players), and a total of 204 slots will be up for grabs at the auction.
