The Nintendo Switch 2 is reportedly getting the best Xbox Series X exclusive game, and it could be a Switch 2 launch game.

But few are as blatant and hilarious as this Mario Strikers ripoff that just touched down on Xbox. How blatant are we talking? Well, the top-down sports game is literally called Mariostro Strikers: Soccer League.

There's still no release date for Nintendo's Switch 2 console and the launch lineup is a mystery, but one thing has been revealed: gamers can expect Xbox games to become available for it at some point.

Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer teased the Nintendo Switch 2 will feature many Xbox games, presumably more than what's already available on the Switch.

While this news is certainly welcome, it’s not exactly surprising. After all, former Xbox exclusives like Grounded, Sea of Thieves, Pentiment, and High-Fi Rush arrived on Nintendo Switch (and PS5) last year. Because of that, it makes sense that Xbox would continue its relationship with Nintendo for the latter’s upcoming console.

Model collection As many have said, we currently still know very little about the Nintendo Switch 2. At the very minimum we have no idea what the extra button does but for all we know there could be other secrets of the hardware. But it occurred to me that no one’s asking a fairly obvious question: is the console the only model?

Over on YouTube, Spanish leaker eXtas1s claims that Microsoft has big plans for the Switch 2. According to this leaker, the titles Xbox might bring to Nintendo include Diablo 4, Fallout 4, Halo: The Master Chief Collection, Microsoft Flight Simulator and Starfield.

And despite obviously being a knock-off Mario Strikers game, over two weeks later, it is still available to purchase and play on Xbox for the low, low price of $4. I’d include a trailer below, but I can’t find one.
