After suffering an injury during the Los Angeles Lakers' season opener against the Golden State Warriors, star guard Luka Dončić was a full participant at practice on Thursday.

Jimmy Butler and Steph Curry led four Warriors in double figures as Golden State took down the Lakers in Los Angeles on NBA opening night.

The good news for the Warriors is that they will have Al Horford available for Thursday’s game as ESPN’s Anthony Slater reported that the veteran center will play against the Nuggets but will likely sit out Friday’s game against the Portland Trail Blazers in the second night of a back-to-back.

When speaking to the media during his postgame news conference, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr praised Butler's performance against JJ Redick team. Kerr likened Butler's calming presence to that of former Warriors forward Andre Iguodala, who helped secure four championships during his tenure in the Bay Area.
