Central Alabama will start the new week with a classic summer setup, mild mornings, hot afternoons, and just enough humidity to spark a few isolated storms. Monday begins with lows near 70° and plenty of sunshine early on.

Sun mixed with a few clouds on Monday and pleasant. Highs in the mid to around 80. The next risk of showers and storms will be late Monday night into Tuesday with a cold front. Wet weather is expected leading up to daybreak.
