Ola CEO Bhavish Aggarwal announces move to double service centres, adds AI-powered diagnostics
The company also plans to train 100,000 third-party mechanics under its Network Partner Program. The goal is to prepare mechanics across India to service electric vehicles (EVs) by December 2025.

Starting October 10, 2024, the company will also provide a quick-service guarantee, in a phased manner. Customers, whose service case takes longer than one day, will be provided with a backup Ola S1 scooter.

The founder has also said that if there is a delay in resolution of issues for more than a day, a back-up Ola S1 scooter will be provided to the users or free rides on Ola Cabs.
