Swansea City have seen an upturn in results since Alan Sheehan took the reins from Luke Williams. The latter was relieved of his duties after a run of poor results left the Swans languishing in the bottom half. But Sheehan’s takeover has seen the Welsh outfit record two wins and a draw in his first three Championship games.

"I have not really been there that often," Sheehan said. "They probably don't know who I am." Swansea will aim to make it four games unbeaten since the departure of Luke Williams as they take on a Watford side who are in the mix for a Championship play-off place.

Swansea City head to Watford this week for a midweek fixture at Vicarage Road on Wednesday night (7:45pm) The Swans have behind them three games undefeated and things are on the up. Despite that it isn’t that long ago Swans fans were looking down in fear of relegation.

Alan Sheehan felt Swansea City were unlucky to see their unbeaten run come to end as they went down 1-0 at Watford. Swansea produced a spirited display at Vicarage Road but were undone by a Goncalo Franco error as well as their own lack of quality in the final third.
