Investigators say six people aboard a private plane died when it crashed in a San Diego neighborhood in heavy fog.

The names of two more people who were killed when the small private jet crashed San Diego, California, have been identified.

On the ground, 100 military families were evacuated from their homes. At least 42 of those families will remain displaced for at least another week.
