Google is bringing its upgraded note-taking app to its One AI Premium plan. That means subscribers will now gain access to NotebookLM Plus at no added cost, which offers higher usage limits and premium features, like the ability to customize NotebookLM’s responses.

In this week’s extended post-show for AppStories+ subscribers, Federico and I covered the AI tools we use. NotebookLM is one we have in common because it’s such a powerful research tool. The service allows you to upload documents and other files to a notebook and then query what you’ve collected.

While NotebookLM Plus is now expanded to individual subscribers on the Google One AI Premium plan, which brings access to Gemini Advanced, Gemini in Gmail, Docs, and 2TB of cloud storage access, Schaefer stated the team will continue to support non-paying users.
