Shrek premiered in 2001, and the franchise was a massive success. Ahead of a new installment, which is set to premiere next year, three of the four feature animated films became a hit on streaming.

The dialogue-free film has already scooped up the Golden Globe for Best Animated Picture, beating out frontrunners The Wild Robot and Inside Out 2, and it's on its way to potential Oscar glory.
