Moving from Squire Patton Boggs, Mark Gaffney has joined the law firm’s Manchester office as a real estate partner.
Comprising 861 rooms and designed by Tim Groom Architects, the development would be built on the corner of Hulme Street and Medlock Street in the city’s First Street district.
PIC Homes will deliver the 84-home redevelopment of the town’s former Magistrates' court, a scheme that has been threatening to come forward since Trafford Council acquired the site in 2018.
The former public house will become a 31-flat scheme under 2M Development’s plans for the dilapidated building in Aintree.
