President Donald Trump visited Texas to assess flood damage as his administration considers significant changes to FEMA.

On July 10, several areas in the northeast kingdom experienced flash flooding for the third year in a row. Sutton, East Haven, and East Burke all had roads wash out and residential properties flood.

This weekend will feature lots of sunshine and summer heat. A pop-up storm is possible b0th days, with perhaps a greater risk on Sunday. It will be hot and humid both days, with highs near 90.
