Police have identified an individual believed to have terrorized a victim with a motorcycle, but are still searching for him.

The Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) arrested a man for child sex crimes in Edna, Kansas, about 50 miles or an hour’s drive west of Joplin, Missouri.
