Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels is clearly the early favorite to win 2024 NFL Offensive Player of the Year.

Washington Commanders rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels put Arizona in the rearview mirror when he transferred from Arizona State to LSU in 2022 and now, a little over two years later, the 23-year-old quarterback (24 in December) is taking the NFL by storm and playing like a grizzled veteran rather than a starry-eyed rookie.

The Commanders have scored 80 points in their last two games with Daniels completing almost 90% of his throws and also running for multiple TDs

Paul Skenes has been named Baseball America's 2024 Rookie of the Year. In a statement released by the Pittsburgh Pirates Monday, the 22-year-old rookie pitcher is the second player from the team to be named the publication's rookie of the year.
