New York City Police say they’ve identified the woman who died on Dec. 22 after being set on fire while inside a New York subway train.

A woman who died after being set on fire on a New York City subway train this month was identified, according to police.

The victim's name is Debrina Kawam and she is from Toms River, New Jersey, according to the New York Police Department.
