New York Giants LB Brian Burns missed two practices this week and was limited in a third due to a hip injury, but will he play against the Eagles?

Perhaps last week’s stunning 33-32 collapse to Denver — where the Giants led 19-0 in the fourth quarter — has everyone holding their breath.

In addition to Skattebo, the NFL also fined running back Tyrone Tracy Jr. $5,731 for "unnecessary roughness," alleging "use of the helmet" early in the first quarter. The play in question was a two-yard run on first-and-10 and, like Skattebo, did not result in a penalty on the field. For Tracy, it was his first fine of the season.
