The ThinkBook Plus Gen 6 looks like a normal laptop on the surface, but its 'rollable' display extends to provide almost 50% more screen real estate.

With a notebook PC with a screen that rolls, a monitor with directional audio, and the first third-party SteamOS gaming handheld, Lenovo is hitting CES 2025 hard.

Lenovo has been on a roll. The Beijing-based tech company consistently debuts some of the most exciting and innovative laptops at CES every year, from the 2020 ThinkBook Plus with an "E Ink" display on its lid to 2023's dual-screened Yoga Book 9i and twistable ThinkBook Plus. Last year, it brought us a ThinkBook with snap-on attachments.

Lenovo will finally launch its first-of-its-kind concept rollable this year after first announcing a prototype in October 2022.

The ThinkBook Plus Gen 6 goes from prototype to proper product with a screen that grows taller at the touch of a button, or with the wave of a hand.

But one product that seems to have got tech writers' collective hearts all aflutter is Lenovo's new 'rollable screen' laptop. The idea of the rollable screen isn't entirely new – we've seen concepts for mobile phones that make use of the expanding screen tech.

The company made a few changes to the rollable display laptop and decided to launch the product commercially. The ThinkBook Plus Gen 6 is the name of the rollable laptop that Lenovo unveiled at CES 2025.
