Oklahoma County Sheriff Tommie Johnson III says the department's investigation into State Superintendent Ryan Walters is still ongoing after a review seemingly cleared him.

"Because the case is now in the hands of the DA, we can’t discuss the specifics," the Oklahoma County sheriff said, adding that "we will discuss the case more in depth" after it's closed.
