HALLOWEEN: FIRST ALERT. Heavy rain in the morning, scattered showers by the afternoon. Strong winds will gust at times 35-45 mph. Highs in the mid to upper 50s. SATURDAY: Partly cloudy with early AM showers in the north & west. Highs in the 40s and low 50s. Strong WNW winds that will gust to 45 mph.
FIRST ALERT WEATHER DAY: After the clouds move out this afternoon, drier air settles in. We have declared a First Alert Weather Day for Halloween morning for the first frost of the season. This is for areas north of Interstate 20, where temperatures will be in the mid-30s.
