The banged-up Boston Celtics' title defense has been hit by the injury bug early. Ahead of the playoffs, four-time All-Star Boston small forward Jaylen Brown had an injection in his right knee to address a posterior impingement.

In Orlando’s 95-93 Game 3 victory over Boston on Friday, Magic guard Cole Anthony grabbed Jaylen Brown’s left arm and flung him to the ground in the second quarter. Brown, in obvious pain, clutched his hand as Anthony was whistled for a flagrant.

The cuts, bruises and whatever else are starting to pile up for the Celtics as they navigate their first-round series against the Magic.
