About 30 minutes before the Golden State Warriors tipped off against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday night, Draymond Green found time to do Draymond Green things, sending out what is surely meant to be a constructive message to New York Knicks big man Karl-Anthony Towns.

Warriors star Draymond Green did not hold back about his thoughts on Knicks center Karl-Anthony Towns on Wednesday.

The New York Knicks overcame the Denver Nuggets 122-112 on Wednesday, Jan. 29. As expected, the big-man battle between Nikola Jokic and Karl-Anthony Towns didn’t disappoint.However, it would appear that Draymond Green of the Golden State Warriors wasn’t impressed with how Towns’ was instructed to guard Jokic.

Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green subtly crossed his team off the list of places Jimmy Butler can go to as he looks for a new team to play for in the 2024-25 NBA season.

But in this new trade idea, the Warriors get a little wild and drastically change their rotation. Golden State would move on from Draymond Green and bring in another All-Star-level player. The Warriors aren't likely to move Green but it's certainly interesting to think about.

While it has been three years since Green was last named an All-Star, the 34-year-old forward remains a critical piece to Golden State's success. Owning an 18-16 record when Green plays this season, the Warriors are just 4-7 when he does not.
