Art Chase, The Citadel's new Director of Athletics, will try to help turn around the Bulldogs' sports programs. The Citadel hasn't had a winning season in football, baseball or basketball since 2013.

The Citadel announced Wednesday it has hired Chase as its new athletic director, returning him to the Charleston, South Carolina, school where he worked prior to arriving at Duke in August 2000.
