The Broncos have fired special teams coordinator Ben Kotwica, sources confirmed to ESPN, after two costly gaffes by his unit during the regular season.

In an unexpected move, the Denver Broncos have reportedly fired special teams coordinator Ben Kotwica, per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo. The move was confirmed closer to home by 9NEWS' Mike Klis.

Kotwica was hired in 2023 and has been credited with transforming the special teams unit to one of the best in the league.
