KCPD says one person is in critical condition after the driver of a vehicle collided with a parked vehicle parked near a group of people standing near Gate 7 at Arrowhead Stadium.

Police said a preliminary report indicated a vehicle crashed into another vehicle parked near a group of pedestrians.
