On Sunday at 4:50 a.m. the National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning valid from 10 a.m. until Monday 1 a.m. for Eastern Montgomery and Lower Bucks as well as Delaware and Philadelphia counties.

The snow is likely to fall on Sunday from the Appalachians to New England. New York City may see its largest snowfall in years.
