An independent journalist, Sam Husseini, was forcibly removed from US Secretary of State Antony Blinken's last press conference after accusing the Biden administration of supporting alleged Israeli genocide in Gaza.

Blinken faced two significant interruptions at his final briefing to reporters in office, both from people accusing him of complicity in Israeli violence against Palestinian civilians in Gaza.
Husseini continued shouting, mentioning Israel’s “nuclear weapons”, then saying, “I was sitting here quietly and now I’m being manhandled by two or three people,” referring to security guards who physically carried him out of the room.
