Sean “Diddy” Combs was found not guilty of sex trafficking, racketeering but convicted on two prostitution counts in a verdict reached after 13 hours of deliberation.

The partial verdict in the Sean "Diddy" Combs trial came on the second day of deliberations. The jury will return to deliberate on the final count Wednesday.

After Combs' sentencing, his lawyers may file an appeal of both his conviction and his sentence. To succeed on appeal, the defense faces the high burden of convincing the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that Subramanian made legal errors that impacted the jury's verdict.
