For struggling NFL teams the end of the regular season triggers an annual exercise in bloodletting known around the league as "Black Monday" and the action got under way early this year as head coaches were sent packing.

The NFL regular season wrapped up, but that just means plenty of teams are officially kicking off their offseason. And several of the struggling ones are beginning with massive changes up top, specifically at the head coach position.
