President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin will discuss territory, security guarantees and the need for Ukraine to decide its own future, NATO chief Mark Rutte said.

Philip Breedlove, the former Supreme Allied Commander Europe for NATO, told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer he believes “anything durable and lasting” to end the conflict between Russia and Ukraine would need Ukraine’s approval in the process.
