A macabre discovery was made at a Planet Fitness in Indianapolis when Derek Sink, 39, was found deceased in a tanning bed three days after he was last seen entering the gym on November 11.The grim find occurred about four hours after the facility had opened for the day.

The man's family said they hope there will be stricter policies put in place to prevent a death like this from happening again.
