New weather warnings issued in areas in Spain as prime minister warns devastation from flooding is ‘not finished’

British couple Don and Terri Turner were found dead in their car in Valencia on Nov. 2 amid the devastating flooding throughout Spain. As of Nov. 4, more than 200 people have died as a result of the disaster.

The death toll from catastrophic flooding in Valencia, Spain, has reached 217, officials announced Sunday, as the search for survivors -- and bodies -- continued in devastated cities and towns left caked in mud and strewn with debris.
