An Amber Alert has been issued for a pregnant Wisconsin teen, who police say is believed to be with the 40-year-old man who impregnated her.

A 17-month-old at the center of an AMBER Alert in Port Orchard has been located. A 32-year-old father was accused of taking the child forcibly from the boy’s mother. An AMBER Alert was issued earlier this morning,

An Amber Alert issued out of Kitsap County for a 17-month-old boy has been canceled. The boy is safe. The Washington State Patrol said that on Sunday at 11:31 p.m., the suspect, Andrew Gilbertson, forcibly took the boy from his mother in the area of Overaa Road in Port Orchard.
