Police have released images of the man who they say shot and killed a 25-year-old dollar van driver in Brooklyn on Sunday afternoon after a dispute.

The fire broke out in the building's basement after a snowplow collided with a utility pole along Indian Head Road just outside the rink, according to rink owner Richard McGuigan.

Officers responded to 80 E. 93rd St. around 3:30 p.m. and discovered a 15-year-old boy, in the building lobby, with a gunshot wound to the head.

Authorities believe the girls’ father, who is said to be armed and dangerous, fled to Mexico with his daughters.
