The small plane that made an emergency landing along Interstate 78 in Lehigh County on Saturday experienced engine issues after departing from a New Jersey airport, according to Pennsylvania State Police. Around 9:19 a.m., troopers at PSP Fogelsville were dispatched to a section of I-78 east in Weisenberg Township for a plane on the highway.
