Attorneys Ben Crump and Harry Daniels announced on Wednesday the filing of a federal lawsuit against the City of Jacksonville and the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office (JSO) regarding a viral case of a violent traffic stop.
Last year in Brevard, 175 people died as a result of fentanyl by itself or in some combination with alcohol or other drugs, according to the medical examiner’s office. So far this year, Brevard has charted 62 fentanyl-related deaths, with toxicology results pending in other cases.
