Tim Burchett took to the floor of the House on March 12 to demand the NCAA allow Alberto Osuna to play for Tennessee baseball. The Knoxville Republican congressman repeatedly implored the NCAA to do the right thing by granting Osuna the eligibility he has been denied through a waiver attempt and in the court system.
