Flames ripped through a St. Paul apartment carport Wednesday morning, scorching several vehicles and leaving residents shaken.

Two men are confirmed dead following a domestic shooting in St. Paul early Friday morning. The double shooting was reported on the 400 block of Front Avenue at around 4:20 a.m., with police arriving to find one victim lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds to the torso.
