If leaked pricing for AMD's Radeon RX 9070 XT is accurate, it could mean Nvidia has a fight on its hands especially against the RTX 5070 and 5070 Ti.

Leaked gaming frame rate data suggests that this new AMD gaming GPU is on par with the RTX 4070 Ti Super and just shy of the RTX 4080 Super.

It'll be exciting to see a fight between AMD’s RX 9070 series and Nvidia’s RTX 5070 to see who delivers more performance and better bang for the buck. Hopefully, Intel will release higher tiers of its Battlemage GPUs to turn the fight into a three-way battle royale in the mid-range desktop GPU space.

But with Nvidia's RTX 5070 expected to likely mirror the pricing of the RTX 4070 when it was first released ($599), if AMD manages to undercut or match it, that might make for a pretty sweet deal for plenty of performance on a relatively small budget.

AMD announced its latest RDNA 4 graphics cards at CES 2025 this week, the AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT and AMD Radeon RX 9070, both targeting the midrange graphics card segment, as was widely expected.
