Rohit Sharma was seen batting alongside Mumbai's Ranji Trophy team captain Ajinkya Rahane at the Wankhede Stadium.

Rohit Sharma has joined Mumbai's squad for their training sessions in the lead up to the second half of the Ranji Trophy season. The team is currently having a training camp at the Wankhede Stadium and and Rohit has linked up with them after consultation with head coach Omkar Salvi.

After suffering a Test series loss against Australia, Team India captain Rohit Sharma has shown interest in training with the Mumbai Ranji team. He is expected to show up for the net session at the MCA-BKS ground.

Mumbai are scheduled to take on Jammu & Kashmir on January 23 in their next Ranji Trophy 2024-25 clash. There is no confirmation over whether Rohit Sharma will make his return to Ranji Trophy.
