Philadelphia police are searching for a man believed to be connected to a road rage incident that led to a shooting Monday night in the city's East Parkside neighborhood.

The suspect quickly fires on the vehicle multiple times, shooting the teen in the arm and leaving a graze wound on the woman's chest.
