Ole Miss baseball was down by nine runs at one point, but its rally fell short, losing 12-11 as Murray State advanced to the super regionals.

Top-seed Ole Miss advanced to a Monday showdown against four-seed Murray State with a 19-8 win over the Racers Sunday night. The teams will play at 5 p.m. Monday, and the winner advances to a Super Regional.

The Rebels beat Murray State 19-8 on June 1 to force a winner-take-all final game of the Oxford Regional on June 2 (5 p.m., ESPN+) ay Swayze Field. The winner will advance to a super regional against Duke (40-19). Ole Miss would host as a national seed if it wins.
