Drivers traveling from Milwaukee south through Kenosha should expect a slower morning commute due to lake effect snow showers, according to the NWS.

A few streams of lake-effect snow and drizzle will remain in the forecast for the lakeshore communities in Illinois through 9 p.m. Monday.After the winds take a more northwesterly track, the lake-enhanced showers will favor Northwest Indiana until 4 a.

Lake-effect snow is going to be the worry most of the day in Chicago and even into the early evening hours as well.
