Gabriel Jesus' knee injury is “not looking good,” Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta said Tuesday. The Brazil striker was taken off after 40 minutes in Arsenal's FA Cup loss to Manchester United on Sunday.

Sources have told ESPN that Arsenal fear striker Gabriel Jesus will miss the rest of the season amid reports he has ruptured his ACL.

Mikel Arteta says the “necessity” for Arsenal to add to their squad has ramped up after injuries to Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Jesus. Saka tore his hamstring in December and will be out of action until at least March, while Jesus is set for a long spell on the sidelines after injuring his knee earlier this month.
