Police trying to locate two men charged with murder in Lexington shooting
Lexington police are trying to locate two men charged with murder in a Sept. 8 homicide. The men are Brian Marquez Chavez, 21, and Kevin Marquez Chavez, 18. Police said the two are charged with murder, attempted murder, first-degree wanton endangerment and criminal mischief.
Lexington coroner identifies victim of fatal Friday night shooting
Detectives with the Lexington Police Department are investigating a Friday homicide that took place on Russell Cave Road. Officers were called to the 1400 block around 2 a.m. Friday regarding a shooting. They found a man with a gunshot wound; he was taken to a hospital, where he died, police said.
